Customer Review: My daughter seems to enjoy playing this game. 3rd grade math was a big challenge for her and this tool make practicing math concepts easy. Some levels needed adult help, but overall it was ok.
Customer Review: software allows 3 levels of difficulty in the games/activities after an assessment "test"..basic arithmetic, reading skills and pattern analysis..its a good DVD
Customer Review: This game is about the right level for most 4th graders. I do happen to ask my parents for hints sometimes. The only problem is that the geography game is hard. Most other games I enjoy. If you have a 4th grader, I reccommend you buy this for him/her.
Customer Review: "I like the games, but some of them are a little bit hard". in the classroon they have fun stuff to do like paint make storys so have fun with it if you get it.
Customer Review: Yo, I'm Chocolatedog! Although JumpStart Animal Adventures is a very good game, it is lacking in several small ways. For example, there are two games, one in the forest and one under the sea, which are simple fighting games. Me and my sisters found these games very enjoyable, but, other then... more info
Customer Review: this game was great ive played alot of rts games and this is by far the best space based rts since starcraft, tons of units and plenty of customization make this game great for the player who has alot of time on his hands enjoy!
Customer Review: The program is decent, but I would be hard pressed to say it's exceptional. It isn't all that intuitive, especially for a preschooler and might require some parental involvement to navigate. Personally, I think the Reader Rabbit programs are better.
Customer Review: I had high hopes to use this with my grandson for summer practice. It said Mac compatible. However, it does not work with a new Mac. This product is too obsolete as formatted to be used.
Customer Review: This software is not what I expected. I was looking for a little summer activity for my son. I found it to be way over his head and mine. A big portion of it was about artist, and some of the games were pointless. I stayed up late one night trying to figure out one of the answers to a crossword... more info
Customer Review: My 8 year old son loves this game and he is already improving on his keyboarding skills. He had been playing it at Occupational Therapy and liked it so much that he could hardly wait to play it at home.
Customer Review: When I first bought this item it was a bit advanced for my daughter to use on her own but as time passed she got into it more and more and now she sits by herself enjoying it.
Customer Review: We are very happy with this current release. We have an older Compaq Pentium 3 XP machine with only 383 MB RAM and a 40 GB hard drive (dedicated learning PC for our 5 year old), and this software runs perfectly on it. There are many math, reading, and art activities here (on 3 CD-R's), and a 4th... more info
Customer Review: If you played the original Empire Earth you will be sorely disappointed in this game. They utterly ruined the classic EE. I played the demo only briefly was could not keep going beyond 1 or 2 minutes. The goofy taglines for 'citizens' 'riflemen' and the 'helicopter' lost me. It looks like Sierra... more info
Customer Review: Overall, we are satisfied with this game. We have all Jumpstarts from Preschool to this one. Disappointed in 1 item. Evolution is stated as fact in this game. Only place where it was found is in the introductory, as you type in your name to begin game. Statement made is random, so you never know... more info
Customer Review: This is the best product I've found for teaching children how to type properly. Learning how to type efficiently is as important as learning how to read, write & spell. My children loved this process & I will find them using it without my prodding. It is fun. It's also handy to keep because... more info
Customer Review: We started out with Thinking Adventures, and I was so impressed, I ordered the Phonics, Reading, and now the Learning Activities. My boys (twins 5, and younger one - 3) absolutely love every one of them! All three of them will take turns around the computer for at least an hour with one of the... more info
Customer Review: I just got finished with FEAR2 and wanted to see "the begining" of it all. I thought "wow the first one, probally has
terrible graphics and another stupid plot line" Well i was not far on the plot, but pleasantly surprised in the graphics and fighting sequences. It was kinda neat to have that... more info
